Terms of Service

The service

AEO GEO Hourly provides search optimization services billed by the hour against written estimates you approve in advance. An approved estimate plus these terms forms the working agreement.

Estimates and billing

Nothing bills before written approval. Invoices ship with task-level hour logs and are due within 14 days unless the estimate states otherwise. You may pause or stop future work at any time; hours already delivered remain payable.

What we promise

Senior execution, transparent logging, and honest reporting. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, or traffic, and we advise walking away from anyone who does.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate access and information, hold rights to the content and sites you ask us to work on, and review deliverables within 7 days; silence past that window counts as acceptance.

Ownership

On payment, deliverables created for you belong to you. Our internal tooling, templates, and methods remain ours. White label partners receive deliverables clean of our branding.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid for the specific scope in question. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Search platforms change without notice; adapting is the service, not a defect.

Confidentiality and NDAs

We treat client information as confidential by default and sign mutual NDAs on request before access is shared.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes handled first by good-faith negotiation.
